Wooden flooring is a great way to make your offices much more warming and inviting to visitors, it is also easy to keep clean so you don't have to worry about making a bad first impression when someone first walks in the door.

There are many types of commercial wooden flooring available, hardwoods like walnut, hickory, pecan and chestnut all work very well within commercial buildings. If you are on a budget but still want good commercial wooden flooring you should consider cheaper softwood flooring such as teak, cherry and birch.

Engineered or laminate wood flooring can also work in a business and is much easier to install however it does not have the same "wow" factor that traditional wooden flooring has and if you get a lot of visitor coming into your offices you would want to give the impression that you are relitively cheap and a high quality carpet may look better than engineered or laminage commercial wooden flooring.

For the inner rooms of your commerical building I would not worry about having wooden flooring as it can cost a lot more than standard carpets or laminate flooring and it does not need the same appeal as the entrance to your offices.
